Never done circuit training before, thought I would give it a try as it is supposed to be the hardest lesson that the center offers. And it is. Every bone and muscle in my body is aching, just walking up the stairs is proving challenging!! Nevertheless I will return to next week's lesson and will carry on with the other lessons that are happening this week. Whilst the pleasure factor is pretty non-existent the benefits outway the suffering and the achievement factor is fairly high, so I guess it is a no brainer as to whether or not to push myself to the limit. There are always show offs during these sessions but there are also some thoroughly decent participants and the teachers are always friendly and encouraging so it only remains for the brain to finish fixing itself. Hope that next week's appointments with both Mr GP and Mr T (not on same say thank god) go to plan and that both agree to carry on with the assistance that they are providing until Black dog and Black thoughts are completely out of the picture.
Decided to have some fun with kiddies this afternoon after school, so Tumbling Monkeys and Jenga are ready, looking forward to an hour of bonding and chilling with my gorgeous offspring. Nothing compares to the unconditional love that children give you, they really are my life. (sounds a bit soppy, but who cares!)
Zumba and then lunch with friends tomorrow, can't wait. (well, can't wait for lunch anyway)
