Favourite Exercise

My personnal favourites after trying umpteen things are: (in order of preference)

1- boxercise (no mirrors where I go and great teacher and great to let off steam)
2- walking (not power walking, just long slow walk along river with friend
3- circuit training. very hard work but sense of achievement at the end
2- Zumba (forget coordination, just great music)
4- swimming (once you are in water no one can see you)
5- aerobics (mirrors and nowhere to hide BUT a feeling of having achieved something as you finish hot and bothered and sweaty).

those I have NOT liked: yoga, medecine/fitness ball (those big huge things you sit/ bounce on), jogging, power walking and going to gym full of equipment which you need to operate yourself and have no one to have a laugh with.
